The brief
Problem.
An owner-built house on soft soil needed a safe, economical RCC structure and clear, contractor-ready drawings to avoid costly site guesswork.
Our response
Solution.
We sized footings to the soil test, set out an efficient column grid, and issued a complete set — footing, plinth, slab, beam and bar-bending schedules — so the mason could build straight from the sheets.
